If for some reason you are not contacted, please call our
Customer Service Department directly at (480) 816-8999 extension
200. You or your authorized representative must be present
to provide access to the home for service items to be completed.
Each trade partner required to complete the service item will
contact you to arrange an appointment date and time. Service
requests are scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday
through Friday. Please be sure to review your Warranty Manual
to determine if you have a valid warranty claim.
